Delta Dental Insurance

Dear Valued Patients with Delta Dental Insurance,

 

For the past 27 years, the doctors and staff of Dorneyville Dental have been dedicated to providing the highest quality of dental care possible to all of our patients.  We have always tried to treat our patients as we would our own families. 

This is the reason why, after much deliberation and with the greatest concern for the welfare of our patients, we have decided to continue our In Network status with Delta Dental insurance company.  However, we will now be considered a Delta Dental Premier Provider. This change will take place on January 1, 2024. 

This may be different from what you were told over the phone or at your last visit. After an outpouring of support from our patients, Delta Dental has agreed to a reimbursement relationship that will allow Dorneyville Dental to remain In Network and still provide the quality care you have become accustomed to. Thank you for reaching out to Delta or to your human resources department on our behalf.

What does this mean for you?  First and foremost, you can continue your dental care at our office and be considered In Network!  Furthermore, it allows Dorneyville Dental to continue to be reimbursed directly from Delta Dental. Some patients will have to pay a small co-pay for treatments that were covered 100% in the past, but most will continue to have them covered at 100%. This will depend on your particular Delta plan. If you have a choice, the Premier and PPO Plus plans will give you the most benefit at our office.

We value the loyalty, trust, and friendship that has developed between us over the years.  We sincerely wish to continue the relationship we have developed.
