Thank you for visiting the website of Dorneyville Dental. Our website provides important information that will help you become familiar with our practice. We appreciate this opportunity to introduce ourselves and look forward to providing you with quality dental care.
We want you to know that in our office you can expect to be treated like family. We strive to deliver the best diagnosis and treatment that dentistry has to offer. We believe that these goals can be met through a continuous and open dialogue between you and our entire team.
We encourage you to involve yourself in your own treatment and ask questions throughout our relationship. In our opinion, an informed and involved patient is most likely to achieve the highest level of healthcare, and we look forward to working with you to achieve this goal.
I am a new patient and I loved my experience at your office. ![]()

Your initial appointment will consist of a brief consultation explaining your diagnosis and treatment options. In most cases, treatment can be started the same day as the consultation. Occasionally, a complex medical history or treatment plan will require an evaluation and a second appointment to provide treatment on a separate day or a referral to the appropriate specialist.
Please assist us by providing the following information at the time of your initial visit:
IMPORTANT: A parent or guardian must accompany all patients under the age of 18 at the initial visit.
Please alert the office if you have a medical condition that may be of concern prior to treatment (i.e., diabetes, high blood pressure, artificial heart valves and joints, rheumatic fever, etc.) or if you are on any medication (i.e., heart medications, aspirin, anticoagulant therapy, etc.).
If you have x-rays from a previous dentist, you may request that they forward them to our office. If you would prefer our office to contact your previous dentist, we would be happy to do so. If there is not enough time, please pick them up and bring them to our office. If additional films are necessary, they can be taken at our office.
Celina's visit was pleasant for her and she felt comfortable. I thank you for that. You always make her feel very welcome in your office. You guys know how to treat your patient! ![]()

Dorneyville Dental is open Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. until 7 p.m. and Friday from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. We will schedule your appointment as promptly as possible. If you have pain or an emergency situation, every attempt will be made to see you that day.
We try our best to stay on schedule to minimize your waiting. Due to the fact Dorneyville Dental provides many types of dental services, a variety of circumstances may lengthen the time allocated for a procedure. Emergency cases can also arise and cause delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
Please call (610) 432-6907 with any questions or to schedule an appointment
Dorneyville Dental participates with a number of insurance plans. These plans include but are not limited to Delta Dental, Metlife, Aetna, Cigna, Guardian and some United Concordia plans. Should you have any questions regarding our participation with you specific plan, please contact our office.
Your dental plan is a form of compensation provided by your employer. You can expect the carrier (insurance company) to reimburse you for a portion of our fee. Even though we may participate with your insurance company, that portion may or may not be 100%. That portion is determined by the contract between your employer and the insurance company. The higher the premium paid by your company, the more generous the reimbursement.
Although we may not have a contractual arrangement with your insurance company, we do want to help you receive the maximum reimbursement to which you are entitled. As a convenience to you, we will help you process your insurance claims in order for you to receive the maximum benefit. We will also gladly provide dental x-rays and a written diagnostic report should your insurance company have any questions about the services provided.
At all times, you can be confident that we will always provide you with our best services without regard to the limitations imposed by your insurance coverage. To do otherwise would violate our contract with you — a contract we feel morally obliged to honor.
For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients. Please be advised that the patient’s portion of payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. If you have questions regarding your account, please contact us at (610) 432-6907. Many times, a simple telephone call will clear any misunderstandings.
We will send you a monthly statement. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Any remaining balance after the insurance claim has been settled is the patients responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated. We can make arrangements for a monthly payment plan, but this must be accomplished prior to the actual procedure.
Several financing options are available including in-office financing for short term payments or CareCredit for interest-free financing terms of 6, 12, 18, or 24 months. For more information regarding CareCredit visit www.carecredit.com
Please download and fill-out our Patient Registration Form. After you have completed the form, please make sure to bring it on your first visit to our office. The security and privacy of your personal data is one of our primary concerns and we have taken every precaution to protect it.
You need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view our form. Please download the free Acrobat Reader from Adobe's web site if it is not already installed on your system.
Infection controls and universal precautions protect our patients and staff alike. Everyone benefits from rigorous infection control — you, your dentist, and the dental team. The cornerstone in a good and safe dental practice is the element of trust. You should feel free to discuss this topic with any staff member and receive a straightforward answer.
Our entire team follows procedures recommended by several federal agencies: the Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA), the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA,) and the Centers for Disease Control (CDC). These measures include:
We sterilize all reusable equipment, including dental hand pieces. We use an autoclave, a device that kills bacteria and viruses by steam, heat, and pressure.
The best defense against disease is information. The more you know, the better equipped you are to make wise decisions about your health care. The more you know about our daily procedures and policies, the more comfortable you will feel.
Please be assured that all HIPPA (Health Insurance Portability & Accountability Act) regulations are strictly followed at all times. This is meant to assure the privacy of each and every patient. Your patience and understanding with any required forms and disclosers is greatly appreciated.
